The Dolomite region of the Seiser Alm is a traffic-calmed nature reserve, which is why there is a general ban on driving between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Every guest at the Steger-Dellai receives a driving permit for the day of arrival and departure. We will send the permit by mail a few days before arrival.

For a fee, we can pick up our guests at the train stations of Bozen and Brixen, as well as at the airports of Bozen and Verona.

For the booking to be valid, we require a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay.

In terms of environmental protection, we want to make our contribution every day. If you need bath slippers, they are available on request at the reception.

There are 2 lifts to reach every area in the hotel. The public spaces are completely barrier-free. Two rooms are equipped for disabled guests.

Check-in is possible between 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
In case of arrival after 7:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to notify us.
Check-out is possible from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Breakfast: from 7:30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
À la carte restaurant: from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Your four-legged friend is very welcome with us. In the room you will find a blanket and dog biscuits that you are welcome to take home with you. It is possible to bring your dog to our Tyrolean parlor for breakfast and dinner. We would like to point out that places are limited (advance reservations are not possible). We will give you insider tips on the best excursion destinations and dog walking routes and, upon request, we will provide a water and food bowl as well as dog waste bags.

We charge € 25,00 for dogs up to 10 kg and € 40,00 for dogs from 10 kg per day. Please communicate the weight of your dog by your booking.

Ski rental
Ski equipment can be rent at “K&K Sports” or "SportHans" in Compatsch (800 metres from the hotel) and be delivered directly to the hotel.

Ski pass
It is possible to order the ski pass in advance; it will be given to you at check-in. Please indicate the Hotel Steger-Dellai in the “Pick-up” field.

Cross-country skiing pass
This can be purchased at the hotel or from the trail supervisor in Ritsch.

Winter tyres
In winter, it is obligatory to drive with winter tyres in South Tyrol. You should also bring snow chains. If you are travelling with a diesel vehicle, we recommend filling up with antifreeze or winter diesel.

A visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person and day is charged, except for children under 14 years.

We have reserved an outdoor parking space for each room. We also have garage parking spaces, which can be reserved at a price of € 15.00 per day (only in winter). Two charging stations for electric cars are available in the garage at a cost of € 10.00 per charge.

Travel cancellation insurance
Something can always happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance, you are financially protected. For example, if you are late for a booked hotel stay, do not arrive at all, or end your trip early, cancellation fees may be charged to you. To keep you free of any expenses in such cases, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Up to 30 days before your arrival date, you can cancel your holiday for free. If the reservation is cancelled between 29 and 14 days before the arrival date, will be charged 30%, between 13 and 7 days before arrival 50% and within 6 days before 90% of the total invoice amount.

In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure we charge 90% of all services, which have not been used. All services, which have already been consummated, cannot be compensated. In addition, if beauty and massage appointments are not used without timely cancellation (at least 24 hours in advance), 50% will be charged.

A baby cot is provided in the room. Kettles are available to borrow at reception. Upon request, we can also heat meals.

The wellness area is open daily from 2.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Please note that children under the age of 12 years are allowed
in the spa area from 02.00 p.m. to 04.30 p.m. and they must be always accompanied by their parents.
Massages and treatments are available from 2.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
